This signals that makes the heart's muscle fibres contract come from the sinoatrial node, which is the natural pace maker of the heart. In an ECG test, the electrical impulses made while the heart is beating are recorded and shown on a piece of paper. This is known as an electrocardiogram and records any problems with the heart's rhythm, and the conduction of the heart beat through the heart, which may be affected by underlying heart disease.

2) Echocardiography:

Echocardiography is a procedure that uses ultrasonic waves directed over the chest wall to obtain a graphic record of the heart's position, motion of the walls, or internal parts such as the valves.

3) Angiogram:

An angiogram is an x-ray exam that allows a doctor to see your blood vessels and the flow of blood to your heart. It shows the degree of blockage in your arteries, how well your heart is pumping and whether or not your heart valves open and close properly. During an angiogram procedure, a special dye is injected into the blood vessels so they can be seen on x-ray film. An angiogram can help your doctor make a proper diagnosis and suggest treatment for heart disease.

4) Coronary 64- slice CT scan:

A CT scan is a safe and effective procedure.

A CT scan technologist will escort you into the CT scanning room in your Radiology department, where you will see a table and a large, doughnut- shaped device called a gantry. The technologist will have you lie down on the padded table and make sure that you are comfortable. You will be asked to lie very still during the scan and hold your breath for a brief time to minimize any body movement. You will receive an injection of fluid contrast to outline the coronary arteries and structures so the physicians can better view your heart and coronary system. During the scan you may hear a humming noise but you will not feel anything unusual. You may feel the table move while images are being taken at certain locations of your body. The technologist will be monitoring you during the entire exam through a window and can communicate with you via an intercom. The actual scan portion of the exam will take just a few seconds.

The 64-slice CT scanner, in a fraction of second, produces 64 images per rotation, a speed at which an accurate scan of your heart may be performed in approximately 5 seconds. This means new diagnostic power in diagnosing patients with chest pain and ruling out blockages. This CT scanner offers the ability to provide a compressive view of the coronary arteries in 5 heartbeats.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

Risk Factors for Heart Problems

Risk factors for heart diseases may vary widely. Habits of a person can create risk to be a victim for heart disorders. Smoking, Hypertension, High Cholesterol level and high Triglyceride levels in blood, Tension/Stress/Strain etc.. may be the risk factors for heart disorders.

1) Smoking: The habit to smoke may increase the chance of getting heart disease of coronary arteries. Smoke may interrupt the blood circulation or creates a vacuum type of state in a part of blood vessel. Chain smokers are very prone to cardiac diseases.

2) Hypertension: The cause of hypertension is unknown and its symptoms do not appear until it has reaches an advanced state. In persons with cardiac disorders it increases the heart's workload and may contribute in hardening of the arteries.

3) High Cholesterol and high triglyceride level in the blood: It is not known exactly how high cholesterol and triglyceride levels in blood contribute to the development of heart disease. These are produced by the body for normal body functions. The excessive fatty material deposits along the arteries and forms 'plaques' or 'atheromas', which lead to the blockages of arteries.

4) Tension / Stress: Stress alone probably does not cause cardiac disease. However, it may weaken the body's defense mechanisms against disease. We cannot do very much to alter the stress in our lives but we can improve the ways in which we react to a stress. Some helpful ways to reduce stress and related illnesses are:

1. Breathing exercises

2. Meditation techniques

3. Regular exercises or participation in sports

5) Lack of exercises: Lack of exercises slows down the rate of blood circulation and blood pressure by which disorders may occur gradually. The person suffering from Obesity may need the exercise most.

6) Obesity: Obesity leads to high cholesterol and other body fats content. Cholesterol gets deposited in arteries and causes blockages in arteries. To lower the risk of progression of cardiac diseases you should achieve and then maintain a body weight normal.

7) Diabetes:

In general your food habits cause diabetes. Diabetic body contains high sugar, which may create a viscosity in blood vessels, leads to improper blood flow and blood pressure.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

Scenario of Heart Diseases in India

According to World Health Organization (WHO), Cardiac diseases have nearly doubled in India, an alarming fact, considering that it has almost halved in Europe and the USA. Latest data collected from WHO, suggest that by 2010 there would be close to 100 million cardiac patients in India. It is 30 millions now. As per the WHO findings, men, women and children are at risk.

The statistical data given by WHO warns that, women will continue to experience disproportionately high mortality from cardiac diseases. By 2040, women in India will represent a higher proportion of cardio vascular disorder deaths than men. Regarding incidence 1 in 3 individuals age 65 or older has suffered from some form of heart disease or stroke. Studies have found that average annual rates of first major cardiac disease event rose from 7 per 1,000 men at ages 35 to 44 to 68 per 1,000 of ages 85 to 94. The comparable rates occur 10 years later for women but the gap between men and women narrows with advancing age. After age 75, the prevalence of cardio vascular diseases is greater in women than men.

The common accelerators for cardiac diseases are stress, strain, restlessness, work activities and the urbanization. Nowadays, due to the urbanized cultures people are facing more stress and strain at home as well office. The food habits changed, the utilization of vegetables and fruits has been decreased. People are opting fast foods, which may contain some material that harms their heart. The lifestyle of the people making them sensitive to cardiac diseases, as the busy daily life leading them towards stress and restlessness. Because of the modern lifestyle the younger people are also getting the disease in significant rate. Despite the age and gender, the cardiac diseases are evolving as a major threat for human life.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

About Our Heart and Heart Diseases

Our Heart :

The heart is a hollow, muscular organ that pumps blood, rich with oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body. It is the organ which functions incessantly round the clock. Heart lies in the center of the chest, slightly to the left and protected by the breast bone (sternum).

The heart is made up of a powerful muscle called Myocardium. The heart has two separate pumps that continuously send blood through out the body carrying nutrients, oxygen and helping remove harmful wastes. A wall (septum) divides the heart into a right side and left side. The right side heart receives impure blood low in oxygen. The left side heart receives pure blood that has oxygenated by the lungs. This cycle is repeated about 70 times per minute and is counted as a pulse.

The heart is divided into four chambers. Two upper chambers (atria) receive blood from the veins. Two lower chambers (ventricles) pump blood out of the heart through arteries. The heart has four valves that keep the blood flowing in the correct direction i.e., work as regulators.

The heart muscle is nourished by a system of arteries, which originate from the 'aorta': the right and left coronary arteries.

Heart Functions:

The heart functions as interrelated double pumps. One pump (right heart) receives blood, which has just come from the body after delivering nutrients and oxygen to the body tissues. It pumps this dark, bluish red blood to the lungs where the blood gets rid of a waste gas (carbon dioxide) and picks up a fresh supply of oxygen which turns it a bright red again. The second pump (left heart) receives this "reconditioned" blood from the lungs and pumps it out through the great trunk -artery (aorta) to be distributed by smaller arteries to all parts of the body. Types of Heart disorders :

There are three main diseases of the heart.

1) Coronary artery disease (King's Disease):
Coronary arteries become narrow or blocked due to the deposition of Cholesterol and other body fats leading to 'artherosclerosis', commonly called 'hardening of the arteries'. Artherosclerosis causes insufficient blood flow to the heart muscles. Angioplasty, intensive medication, life style changes, and in severe cases, a by-pass surgery is recommended to correct the defect.

2) Valvular heart disease:
It is a defect in the valves by birth, infection causing scarring or thickening leading to insufficient opening or closure of valves for blood flow. This disorder can be cured either by medication or by artificial valvular surgery.

3) Congenital heart disease:
Congenital heart defects are problems with the heart's structure that are present at birth. These defects can involve the interior walls of the heart, valves inside the heart, or the arteries and veins that carry blood to the heart or out to the body. Congenital heart defects change the normal flow of blood through the heart.

There are many different types of congenital heart defects. They range from simple defects with no symptoms to complex defects with severe, life-threatening symptoms. Congenital heart defects are the most common type of birth defect, affecting 8 of every 1,000 newborns. Most of these defects are simple conditions that are easily fixed or need no treatment. A small number of babies are born with complex congenital heart defects that need special medical attention soon after birth. Over the past few decades, the diagnosis and treatment of these complex defects has greatly improved. As a result, almost all children with complex heart defects grow to adulthood and can live active, productive lives because their heart defects have been effectively treated. Most people with complex heart defects continue to need special heart care throughout their lives. They may need to pay special attention to certain issues that their condition could affect, such as health insurance, employment, pregnancy and contraception, and preventing infection during routine health procedures.

Symptoms of heart problems:

1. Angina - and its symptoms

Angina develops when the blood flow to the heart is less than the demand. Angina is the heart muscle's complaint of inadequate oxygen, occurs when the work of the heart is increased by:

• Excitement
• Exercise
• Walking fast
• Eating a large meal

Angina may also occur when you are at rest. The feelings that go with poor circulation are passed along the spinal column to the brain and may trigger any nerve along the path. Therefore, the feelings of angina vary greatly from person to person. They may be described as:

• Indigestion.
• Tightness.
• Fullness.
• Numbness / tingling in any part of the arm.
• Choking.
• Pains in the jaw, teeth, ear lobes.
• Discomfort in the neck or between the shoulder blades.

Many people have angina that is well controlled by medications and modifications of certain activities, if not controlled by them coronary by-pass surgery may be recommended.

2. Chest discomfort
3. Chest pain
4. Brief pain episodes - often 2-5 minutes
5. Pain worsens on exercise
6. Shortness of breath
7. Indigestion
8. Palpitations

Heart diseases
Cardiac system
Functions of Heart

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

Find Your Interest - Convert Your Hobby Into Profession

Have you seen a person from Life sciences back ground making his way to establish a software firm? Did you see a Commerce graduate cruising as Software engineer? Anyone of you seen a Master in Information Technology trying to step in biotech field? None of you have ever seen before a person with different back ground and exploring his interest in to career, is n't it? But this is the time we can come across a lot of people of this type.

I didn't find a suitable career in Life sciences for me; made my hobby of 'writing' in to my career and now have been successfully getting through a couple of years here in this field. The reasons may vary but moving from one strong hold to a beginning level position is a set back for some people. If you do it with your own interest then there will not be any existence of such inconvenience.

Any profession you are attached with should be of your own interest to get its worth. If you feeling bored of your work, then there will be no question of job satisfaction. When you love your job or work, you will do it with a passion to move on from your side. It's much worthy than a better salaried boring job.

A guy interested in Mechanics, studied Computer Science because of his parents pressure can do well in Mechanics rather than Computers. Apart from his educational background he can do his better in his interested field. The synchronization of hobby and study won't be of relevant field for most of the people. Today, the people are aiming towards converting their hobbies into career rather hang on in their traditional and conventional background jobs.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

Image Hosting

We see different types of images on websites. Some of them are personal photographs and some are of creative, social and knowledge oriented images. These images are uploaded and managed by an image host. The image host stores the image on to its server, and shows the individual different types of code to allow others to view that image. Many users do not have personal web space, but they want to view their images on web or allow others to view, either as a paid service or through an ISP offering people using the image host services and making these wide spread and popular. The explosion of web blogs, forums and other interactive web pages, leads the image hosting services to huge popularity.

HOW IT WORKS:

Generally, the image hosting website provides an upload interface, i.e. a form in which you specify the location of an image file on your local computer file system, using a browse button. After clicking 'submit' the file is uploaded to the server of image host. Some image hosts allow you to specify multiple files at once, in this form you can able to submit one ZIP file consisting of multiple images. Some hosts allow FTP access system as an appendix, in which single or multiple images can be uploaded in one attempt using FTP cable browser or FTP software.

On the completion of the above process, the image will be hosted on their web server. That means it is available on the website to view for public. You may also be allowed to make inline links to the hosted image, to insert or show or link it on other websites. We can link the images in multiple websites by using:

• Linking with HTML.
• Linking with BBcode
• The Thumbnail, which is a clickable that is linked to the full page.

Normally the image host can constrict on the maximum size of the image to be allowed, or the space or maximum band width allowed to the user. Because of the band width costs, the free server allows a limited band width per image when compared to the paid image hosting server, but allows the user to hotlink their image. The users need to host a large images should purchase the image hosting services, or may consider purchasing of web hosting services, by that they may maintain their own web site as they wish.

USEFUL TOOLS:

Image hosts provide different types of tools for user to upload and access the image. They allow tools such as the ability to create image blogs or photo galleries with your images, or add them to a slide show to easier view of them. Some image hosts offer advanced tool to the user such as ability to add some text to an image the user uploaded, browser side bars or the side loaders. Other hosts are introduced some novel and ideal futuristic tools such as to resize or crop an image down to the user opted size.

The linking options and the tools may vary on the image host's status. Some of the image hosts are free hosts and some provide the image hosting by paid service. The quality, features, options and the space for the images may differ from host to host. Generally, the above features may provided better by the paid image hosts when compared to the free image hosting service provider.

Web Marketing
Onilne Marketing
Website promotion
Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagal

Ghost Writing Is Not a Child's Play

A simple idea makes a man either gold digger or a beggar. A theme of successive concepts is the best idea. No one dares to define an idea, but I did it in my own way. This is my idea about an idea. Like this, every human being can have his own ideas. Extension of an idea occurs when that idea clicks. Ghost writing is a result of converting ideas or thoughts in to a perfect and client's desirable words world. Have you ever find a doctor who is expert in mechanical systems? It does not mean that everyone should be expert in every issue. Some people may posses wonderful talent and skills in one particular subject but they may not be confident with other subject. Ghost writers also need not to be perfect with all issues and subjects. But, to become a professional and all round expert in ghost writing one should need the proficiency with every topic. In some areas like technical, medical, scientific analysis the writer should be an expert in that area.

As I mentioned in the heading, ghost writing is not a child's play. Ghost writer should meet the requirements of the client with out expecting any credit to his side. Ghost writing is an action as a patent of hard work done is sold to any other person to get the rights of it with out getting any credit to him. Some ghostwriters become the victims in this kind of process as the client never says anyone about that ghost writer even he done pretty good work for him. Client needs the Quality content for his website to get the viewers in; if he gets his reach then he forgets the ghost writer and his work.

Ghost writing is a challenging role to be possessed with meeting the deadlines, clearing the content quality checkups and maintaining the content flow with a clear and bold idea. But the ghost writer can earn as much as possible in terms of money and reputation in the field. If a person makes this policy as his own he can become a good ghost writer. Wonderful writing is very different than writing smart. Writing wonderfully means the rich content flow with a tremendous sense of words and phrases. But, writing smart is a process where the writer needs to be descriptive in his limits and it may not be a problem that he provides rich content or not. In some cases the ghost writer gets regular offers from his clients as he done a smart work rather than the rich work. There is no need of rich content to get the flow of clicks and views for your website but you need keywords rich content. No ghost writer works for you for free, so make him paid regularly so that he can provide good and smart content for your site.

Selecting a ghost writer is very tough for a website or a person who is associated with the web marketing. The content of rich words can beat the content of rich keywords. If you want to hire a person who drags the clicks to your website then approach the writer who has written a keywords rich content. Thinking about the content is a waste process; just hire a person with an ordinary flow in writing with rich in keywords spreading familiarity. Writing 100 articles revolving around only one single keyword is a worst method, but writing 100 articles with different keywords to each other is a wise and smart method to attract the crowd to your website.

You can mold your ghostwriter in to a crowd puller by applying your thoughts in to his writing. The way you tackle with your ghost writer in that way he can get the clicks for your website. To be a good site owner you have to handle the ghost writer in a very smart way as he feels pleasant to write for you.

Web Marketing
Onilne Marketing
Website promotion

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

Commendable Ghost Writing Makes Your Site Admirable

Building words together to make a worthy constructive sentence is very essential for a knowledge oriented and skilled writer. For this he should require talent and spontaneous word making and sentence framing aptitude. If you want to create a website and you are unable to write content that makes you comfortable, it is very tough situation to face. The one and only way to create a website that sells best is to present appealing content, related to your company's objective and simple to be understood by all kinds of people.

The writers are able to get many projects and earn reputation in this field of intellectual word making. In the way to make this big, they might be approached by publishers to promote their works. When a person takes the assistance of a talented writer and sells it or makes it look like they did writing on their own, the person who did the actual writing is called a Ghost writer.

If a famous person or celebrity wants to write a book but are lost the details or no clues where to start, they will search for a professional writer who can script their work with an effective flow. Some writers may have their own agents, who get the ghost writing opportunities for the writer. The main drawback of this concept is the original writer does not get any credit for the efforts and work they have done. Today, to market or promote any product or service, specified writing is compulsory. These writers should be able to write just what the client wants. Their services are also get used to write articles, reviews, reports and books for businessmen, sports persons, political leaders, celebrities.

A business official needs to submit or present a report to his management or his team but he does not have the capability to put his thoughts in precise words, a ghost writer is approached in to do the work. The official gives the impression that he has drafted the report. His style of writing and approaching clients, mannerisms, words he use will be exposed here to get that clear and clean effect.

Web Marketing
Onilne Marketing
Website promotion

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

How To Buy An Airplane

It is the common itch that every pilot gets during the first flight and regardless of how many physical exams are taken to keep the medical certificates up to date, the itch rarely leaves. Yes, it's the itch to buy and own an airplane. The itch won't be cured permanently but certain tasks to be performed can make it less painful.

No single injection of information can inoculate a person from possible dreadful reactions from the itch, but this information should give patients a direction toward relief from stress and torment of buying. Sincere advise to you is don't try to buy the airplane, if you are not yet dealt with airplanes.

Once you become ready to cure that ownership itch, you have a major decision to make: what kind of aircraft will you buy. Apart from the financial considerations, deciding what to buy must be the first step. Just because you have trained or built most of your flying hours in a particular model or brand doesn't mean that particular aircraft will be the best for your purchase. Some questions to ask yourself:

• What is my purpose to buy airplane?

• Any one fly with me? If, how many?

• Can I maintain it? The spare parts readily available?

• Which type of airplane suits me best?

That last question is very crucial. Most of the accident statistics tells us, the accidents occurred due to the low-performing pilots getting into high-performing planes. It is far better to trade up as your pilot skills and experience increase than to become an accident statistic. To be certain, try out different aircraft. Fly with friends. Talk with other pilots at the field from which you usually fly, and make a ride with them. Many pilots will welcome taking you along on a flight. Go to flight institutes where they have different aircraft and take check rides with instructors in various aircraft. Now that you have tapered it down, start your search for your dream aircraft.

Look first:

If you find something that looks and sounds like it is just waiting for you to travel to see it-or have the owner deliver it for your personal inspection-your buying chores are just beginning. The first thing you want to do is get a copy of the FAA Type Certificate for the aircraft that interests you. Get a copy from the Internet

Here, you will find all the specifications about the aircraft-applicable engines, propellers, gross weight, empty weight, speeds, etc. This site also lets you know to what FAA regulation it was built. That's important because the Type Certificate (TC) gives prominent information about service life and mandatory replacements. These certification rules will influence your maintenance costs. Now that you have the basics out of the way you can settle in on the specifics. Be alert to advertising stunts. Let these claims be proven. Check the paperwork to be certain the aircraft is airworthy; that is, it meets its type design and all proper alterations and ADs are to specifications. The aircraft's paperwork should contain a history of all major repairs and alterations.

Practical is perfect examination:

If you are satisfied that these all in order, start thinking about examining the aircraft. Practical is perfect examination, look at it critically as you approach it.

• Is it sitting squarely on its gear?
• Are antenna rising as they should?
• Is the paint consistent and are the N numbers the same size and style on both sides?
• Are the N numbers the same as you saw as you approached the aircraft?
• Is the ownership listed on certificates properly?

No need to check all the features listed below, but prescribing as a safety measure:

• Are the struts equally extended?
• Any corrosion in wings?
• Any rust or corrosion on the hinges of flaps?
• Are the doors, Windows sealed properly to keep out water and noise?
• Brakes. Wheels, Tires, Hydraulic struts are proper?
• Elevators, Trim tabs, Rudder, Vertical stabilizers are fit well?
• Propeller is on track?
• Any fuel or oil leaks in engine?

Fly once:

When you satisfied with the visual inspection, get it to take into the air. If you haven't dealt with the particular model or type, be safe and take an instructor with you. Some of the items to check once:

• Is engine easy or hard to start? Hard means some problems with electrical or fuel system.
• Be sure that engine instruments are operating in correct range.
• How the aircraft moves with your feet off the rudder pedals?
• Any unusual shimmy in the nose gear?
• How quickly the gear cycle and the indicator lights working
• If retractable gear, how quickly does the gear cycle and are indicator lights working, if retractable gear is there?
• Check the tum and bank indicator, If you need control to center the needle or ball, the aircraft properly is out of rig.
• Are the radios Okay?
• Check for oil leaks if any after landing

If you satisfied with all you have seen and done, you are ready to negotiate.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

Benton - A Destination For Tourists

Benton is an incorporated town in Newcastle upon tyne. Benton Metro station dates from 1871 and is still used regularly. The name Benton means determined, fixed, set and resolved, but technically, Longbenton Community College is in Benton that is the reason to get the name Benton. Benton is located in North East England on Tyne River.

Benton is quite a nice area - you may be able to find something within walking distance. Gosforth or Jesmond are the neighboring towns. To know about Benton we should know about Newcastle. Newcastle ranges from the ancient to the modern, the name of the city dates from Norman times when a new castle was built by Henry II. Newcastle and Gateshead Quayside has seen huge changes over the past few years. New buildings such as the Sage Centre and the Millennium bridge make this area a must see also on the quayside are some of the oldest properties in Newcastle, Bessy Surtees house dating back to the 1700's is a fine example of Jacobean architecture. The architecture and the buildings are very much similar of both Newcastle and Benton as Benton is an incorporated town in Newcastle. But Benton is somehow modern and Newcastle holds the series of lavish architectural styles.

Benton has gone through many stages in its history as a town, from the 17th to the mid 20th century. Today, however, the town is mostly reliant on office and retail businesses for its economy, and has become a cultural hub. The first Biotechnology Village or "Centre for Life" in the United Kingdom was also established in Newcastle upon Tyne, which has helped transform the city into a scientific centre as well as a cultural one. Like most other places in England Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne is overwhelmingly caucasian and non-practicing Christian (92% of population). However, there are significant Indian, Pakistani, Muslim, Jewish and Chinese minorities in the city. The presence of these different people reflects the cultural unity in diversity of Benton. There is no allegation to say, that Benton is one of the safest areas in England. Visits to the area are 99% trouble-free and mostly, people go away with great memories of the place.

The locals are known as Geordies, and they have a distinct character and dialect. The accent can be difficult to interpret at first, but accustomisation is fairly quick and easy. Geordies are proud of their reputation of friendliness and often will always go out of their way to help you. Over the last 15 years the Newcastle Quayside has been redeveloped and that combined with the development of the south side of the river in Gateshead has turned this area into one of the most stunning city scapes in the world, which is very nearer to Benton. Most clubs & bars in Benton allow t-shirts & jeans to be worn. Trainers (tennis shoes) are a bit of an issue come the weekend though, so it's best to pack a good pair of shoes.

The weather in Benton, as with many parts of the United Kingdom, is quite variable, but on the whole, it is usually quite dry. This attribute is thanks to the Pennines, which cast a rain shadow over much of the North East of England. Typically, winters are cold and dry, with fog and mist a common occurrence. Snow usually falls for around 14 days in the season but doesn't accumulate greatly and temperatures range from -12C to +7C. This season lasts from late November to mid March.

Spring, from mid March to late June, brings warmer, wetter weather, owing to the predominant Atlantic low pressure systems that sweep the U.K. at this time of year from all points west. Bring a wide range of clothing, though an umbrella and raincoat wouldn't go amiss. Warm, dry days are not unknown either. It can be said spring is the most variable time of year in this region, with temperatures dipping to -5C, yet climbing to +20C at times. Summer, late June to late September, usually provides warm and dry weather, with the odd heat wave thrown in for good measure! Most of the weather at this time of year comes in from Europe or the Azores, so high pressure and sunshine dominate, the odd thunderstorm crops up too, and temperatures range from 15C to 35C.

Autumn occupies early October to late November and is again quite a variable time of year. Typically, it'll start with an Indian Summer, warm and sunny by day, rather cool by night, descending into cool and rather wet weather. If there's going to be a storm (heavy rain and sustained winds above 90kmh), this is the time of year it'll most likely happen.

There are numerous methods of travel within the city and Benton. The Tyne and Wear Passenger Transport Executive coordinates an extensive bus network throughout the Benton, Newcastle-Gateshead area with buses being operated by some reputed Transport agencies.Newcastle along with Benton has a light rail system called the Tyne and Wear Metro. One line goes from the city's airport to South Hylton (Sunderland) via the city centre, while another goes from St James' via the North Tyne side Coast loop to South Shields. The Benton has a metro railway station, which is one of the oldest in world and still operating and attracting the crowd.

The neighboring towns of Benton are Jesmond and Ousborn. The Ouseburn is a former industrial area turned entertainment venue. It runs from Byker Bridge in the north right down to the river Tyne and is home to a number of semi-chic pubs and live music venues. The Ship Inn and Free Trade pubs provide a traditional English pub setting whilst The Cluny and The Tyne show something a little different, with an art gallery and freshly-made food at the former and an outdoor stage under a road bridge at the latter. Jesmond is full of good quality cheap restaurants, bars offering Happy Hours and a number of hotels. Well recommended for those who want to get away from the centre of the city but still want a good time and atmosphere.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Naveen_Kumar_Sanagala

Incorporation of Yahoo!
